Core Premise

The story follows Koushi Shirota, an unnoted, below-average high school student with virtually no friends. Takane Takamine is the flawless, elite student council president at her high school, while Koushi Shirota is an average, friendless, and weak-willed classmate. Shirota’s life changes drastically when he accidentally discovers the secret behind the flawless success of the school's "goddess," student council president Takane Takamine.

Shirota accidentally walks in on Takamine changing out of her underwear after she receives an imperfect score (a 98) on a test. The moment she removes it, time resets, and she instantly holds a perfect 100-point paper. Eternal Virgin Road is Takamine's secret supernatural ability to reset the recent past to achieve a perfect result, but activating it requires stripping off a piece of her lingerie.

Realizing Shirota has discovered her secret, Takamine tricks and blackmails him into becoming her personal, living "closet" to prevent her secret from getting out. His primary job is to carry around her spare lingerie and constantly assist her in changing her garments whenever she needs to reset time to correct a mistake or manipulate events to her liking so she can continuously abuse her time-travel powers to remain at the top of the school hierarchy.
