While this process initially shatters his sanity, it eventually allows him to absorb the skills, memories, and raw power of those he cures, making him realize that healing magic is actually the strongest class in the world.

After breaking free from his drug dependency and defeating the Demon King on his own, Keyaru steals the Philosopher's Stone. He casts a massive spell to "heal the world itself," effectively rewinding time by four years to a point before his torture began.

Retaining his memories from the future, Keyaru assumes the alter-ego "Keyarga". He sets out to methodically track down, torture, and psychologically break every single person who wronged him in the original timeline.

Due to its extreme graphic nature, including depictions of heavy sexual violence, torture, and enslavement used as tools for karmic punishment, the series is widely considered one of the most controversial anime and light novel properties produced in recent years.
